At a meeting of the Scientific Council of the University of Economics in Bratislava on December 9, 2024, the rector of the University of Economics in Bratislava, Prof. Ing. Ferdinand Daňo, PhD., ceremonially presented diplomas conferring the honorary title of “professor emeritus” to three new professors from the Faculty of Business Management at the University of Economics in Bratislava
V roku 1941 sa v Londýne uskutočnila prvá študentská medzinárodná konferencia, na ktorej sa stretli delegácie študentov 26 národov. Tomuto stretnutiu predchádzali aktivity študentov bojujúcich za slobodu štúdia už od roku 1939.
Pri príležitosti blížiaceho sa Medzinárodného dňa študentstva, rektor Ekonomickej univerzity v Bratislave prof. Ing. Ferdinand Daňo, PhD. ocenil dňa 13. novembra 2024, študentov za ich výnimočné študijné a športové úspechy. Ocenenia a motivačné štipendiá boli udelené na základe návrhov dekanov fakúlt a riaditeľa Centra telesnej výchovy a športu EU v Bratislave.
