At the end of June, the bachelor’s and master’s degree commencement ceremonies for graduates of the Faculty of Business Management were held in the ceremonial auditorium of the University of Economics in Bratislava.

For hundreds of students, these ceremonies marked the symbolic culmination of years of intensive study and personal development. The ceremonial academic event also served as an opportunity to thank the graduates for their efforts and to recognize those who achieved exceptional results during their studies.

This year’s graduation ceremonies were marked by the recognition of students for their above-average academic achievements, research activities, and high-quality theses. In this way, the faculty expressed its appreciation to students who, through their diligence, perseverance, and proactive approach, have significantly contributed to building academic excellence and have positively represented the faculty both at home and abroad.

The awards were presented in several categories:

Dean’s Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement in Engineering Studies—8 students were honored.
Dean’s Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement in Bachelor’s Studies—14 students were honored.
Dean’s Award for the Best Master’s Theses – 4 students received this award.

The award-winning students exemplify determination, discipline, and professional maturity. During their studies, they demonstrated not only a high level of professional knowledge but also the ability to actively engage in scientific, professional, and developmental activities beyond the scope of their academic obligations. Their achievements confirm that a quality education, combined with personal dedication, lays a solid foundation for further professional and academic growth.

We wish the new bachelor’s degree recipients every success in their future specialized studies at the master’s level. We believe that they will continue to build upon the knowledge and experience they have gained and translate them into a successful continuation of their academic journey.

We wish the graduates of the engineering program a successful start to their professional lives, numerous opportunities for personal and career growth, and the courage to transform the knowledge they have gained into value for organizations, society, and future generations.
