A coaching conversation may not solve all of your issues right away, but the power of an honest and human approach will certainly enrich you.

What is coaching?
Coaching is a process in which the coachee, with the help of the coach, explores and discovers his or her own resources and potential. The coach does not give advice or evaluate.

We start from the belief that each person is unique, whole and creative,
with the resources to make the necessary change in his or her life. We see people as the best experts on their own lives. The coach conducts a conversation with the person, during which he or she asks questions that lead to reflection, rethinking of possible solutions and creative creation of new paths. Such a conversation also leads to better self-knowledge and growth.

What topics are appropriate for a coaching conversation?
You need to make a decision, but you are already "paralyzed by analysis" and can't move on.

You want to take advantage of an opportunity, but you don't have enough courage and confidence.
You don't feel confident enough.
You feel ineffective because you don't have good time management.
You have limitations in your life that are holding you back.
You want to start something new, but see only obstacles.
You need to clarify your strengths and figure out how best to use them.

What coaching is definitely not?
Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, psychological counseling, or an examination. We will not address depression or anxiety in coaching. As coaches, we are experts at having a conversation through which the coachee comes to clarity about his or her goals, resources, and options for resolution. We help the coachee to look at his or her topic from other perspectives and thus see the specific situation in different contexts.
